Requests for a specific pitch/mobile home are gladly taken into consideration. However, no claim can be made on the basis of this.

Arrival and departure:

Arrival: in the afternoon from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Earlier arrival is possible, please contact the site manager who will allocate the pitch. Unfortunately, a free choice of place is not possible. To register, please come to the reception during office opening hours.

If you are a Camping Card holder, please inform us when you make your reservation and show the card at reception when you check in in order to receive a possible price reduction.

We kindly ask you to indicate when making your reservation if you will be arriving after 7:00 p.m. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are to be avoided in any case, as otherwise other guests will be disturbed during the night's rest.

 Departure:: Pitch: in the morning until 12:00 o‘clock. Mobile home: in the morning until 10:30 a.m.

Late departure is possible, but subject to charges and in any case to be agreed with the reception.

Cancellation:

Please inform us in time of any changes or cancellations, up to 1 day before arrival, but no later than 17:00 on the day of arrival, otherwise we will be forced to charge a 100% no-show fee.

Dogs: Dogs are generally allowed throughout the campsite (not in the mobile homes!) and must always be kept on a lead.
